Do you need to change or amend your policy?

If you need to update your personal information, just give us a call or email us with the changes you need to make and we’ll update your policy. We never charge for any amendments you need to make, so feel free to contact us… a phone call, or email, is all it takes.

Do you want to cancel your policy?

If you want to cancel at any stage during the first 30 days after buying your policy, just contact us and we’ll arrange a full refund of your premium.

If you decide to cancel after the first 30 days, you’ll receive a refund of a pro-rata amount for the period of cover you have enjoyed, plus an admin fee, unless we’ve paid, authorised or incurred costs regarding any claim you’ve made.
